Dr. Salamati and his staff are proud to be a team whose primary mission is to deliver the finest and most comprehensive periodontal services available today. We are concerned about your dental care and want to ensure that it is performed in the most responsible manner. In order to assist you with the investment in your dental health, we have outlined our financial policy.

Financial Policy

All accounts are due and payable at the time any services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made. Our bookkeeping policy prevents us from carrying balances of 90 days, unless there is an insurance issue related to it.

Methods of Payment:

Cash, Check, or Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express) – we offer a 5% adjustment to your account should you pay in full on the day treatment is rendered (this includes any anticipated insurance amount, if applicable).

Monthly payments – You may pay your balance in 2 installments. The first will be due on the day of treatment and the second payment one month later.
